SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
International orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
SHIPPING TIME & METHOD
Domestic shipping time is estimated at 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
MADE TO ORDER
Made-to-order items require 15–30 days for production and shipping from the date of order and payment confirmation.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
An unboxing video is required for all exchange claims.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, returned in original packaging, and free from any foreign odors (perfume, detergent, washing, etc.).
Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
All two-way shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SALE ITEMS
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
